Alex gave his life to Christ at a young age, supported by his family of believers. However, for much of his life, his faith only affected how he was outwardly living rather than developing a personal relationship with God. During his first year at Clemson University, he was quickly connected to the community of Campus Outreach. Through Godly relationships and biblical teaching, he began to realize that the 'good' way he was living was not going to fulfill him. Only a personal relationship and dependence on God would bring lasting joy. Getting to experience and share this truth over the past 4 years grown Alex's understanding the value of this Truth. Alex's desire to continue growing in and sharing the truth of the gospel has led him to join the campus outreach staff team at Clemson University, to continue sharing this message with college students.
Campus budgets helps fund:
- Bible study materials and food to start up evangelistic Bible studies on the campus each semester
- Materials and snacks for weekly meetings as well as other events on campus for the year, so that more students might encounter Christ!
- Training and team-building for campus staff team once a year, so that they might be more effective in ministering to students.
